This slightly longer class allows time to settle into the practice and move at a mindful, supportive pace. The essence of yoga is that it is for Every Body, and both experienced and new participants are very welcome. The class offers an opportunity to compassionately reconnect with your body through mindful movement and gentle holds. By creating space to slow down and breathe, participants can develop a greater sense of balance and union across the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of wellbeing through this ancient healing practice.
