A group fitness class that involves moving through various exercises and targeting different muscle groups, including cardio, weights and body weight movements. Circuit differs from HIIT as it will have a little less cardio, but more moves to strengthen and tone. You will leave the class feeling like you have worked every muscle. An all-round class to improve overall health and fitness. Suitable for all ages and experience levels
